In recognition of the collaboration needed to improve broiler chicken welfare, seven leading food and restaurant companies — Aramark, Compass Group, Nestlé USA, Panera Bread, Shake Shack, Sodexo and Target — have come together to form the US Working Group for Broiler Welfare.
