Attend our SIAL Talk
On 20 October at 2pm in Hall 5A, Amélie Legrand, Head of Research (Food Business) at Compassion, will be giving a talk titled ‘How Improving Animal Welfare Drives Business Success’. She will discuss the current challenges and opportunities in animal welfare, showcasing examples of companies that have successfully integrated welfare practices into their business models. The session will also highlight how these practices can enhance efficiency and sustainability, offering a forward-looking vision for the future of farming.
Better Chicken Networking Event
In addition, on 20 October in Room 405, from 4:30pm to 6.00pm, we are hosting a special 'Better Chicken' networking event focused on companies interested in aligning with the Better Chicken Commitment. This event is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded businesses, share insights, and explore collaboration opportunities. A range of new broiler-focused initiatives will be presented, including the launch of Compassion’s new Better Chicken Business Network and the release of its much-anticipated BCC supplier and distributor list.
